Interesting gameplay, but I have some things for you to consider after trying it out.
Firstly I got really confused about the doors on level 3. It took a while to realize that the red key did not unlock the grey door, but instead the heart shaped thing. A suggestion is to share the sprites across all doors, and then matching the color with the key, it would be easier to understand where to go.
Also you could maybe add a sprite that replaces the closed door when it is open would be cool.
The second thing I found a little hard to get used to is the camera. It feels like it is snapping along a grid with the player, but I really think some interpolation on the camera movement would make the game a lot more enjoyable, and makes the player more comfortable playing, and avoid any strain on the eyes.
The last issue I found was with the player health. It was too easy to stay alive, I felt like you could almost walk in to the enemies on purpose, and there was no challenge. Maybe the first contact with an enemy either kills the player or brings down health to 50%, and the second time kills the player.
I think if you consider changing these elements in someway it would elevate the game by a lot. :)
